Pickup and Drop is a full-stack, on-demand courier and parcel delivery solution built with Flutter, Laravel, and MySQL. It ships ready to use — Customer App, Rider App, and a powerful Laravel Admin Panel — everything needed to launch a parcel delivery business from day one: orders, riders, customers, payments, live tracking, wallets, and notifications, all in one package.

The codebase follows standard Laravel MVC conventions on the backend and clean, modular architecture on the Flutter side, so developers can understand, customize, and extend it without fighting the code.

Google Maps, Pusher, Firebase, Stripe, and Razorpay are external, third-party paid services — they are not owned by us and are not included in this purchase. Each requires you to create your own account with that provider and agree to their pricing. You, the buyer, are solely responsible for any usage fees, subscription costs, or transaction charges billed by these services once you configure your own API keys. Most offer a free tier for development and testing, but running the app for real customers will incur ongoing costs from one or more of them.

Server Requirements

The Laravel backend needs a standard PHP hosting environment — the kind any Laravel-ready host or a fresh XAMPP/WAMP install already provides:

• PHP: 8.3 or higher
• Database: MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB (SQLite is fine for local testing)
• Composer: 2.x, to install PHP dependencies
• Web server: Apache (with mod_rewrite) or Nginx
• Required PHP extensions: BCMath, Ctype, Fileinfo, JSON, Mbstring, OpenSSL, PDO, Tokenizer, XML

Security and Configuration

All third-party API credentials are configured through the Admin Panel — no hardcoded keys. Sensitive values are encrypted at rest, OTPs are rate-limited with short expiry, passwords use Laravel’s secure hashing, and file uploads are validated for type and size.
