Why this one

• It is a garage, not a marketplace: everything is built for one operator who owns the bays. There are no vendor sign-ups, no commission splits and no second app for the attendant to publish, which is what makes it something a small operator can actually deploy.
• The numbers on screen are computed, not decorative: free spaces come from capacity minus cars checked in, minus confirmed arrivals within the half hour, minus the walk-in count the gate keeps. The same figure appears in the app, in the API and on the admin dashboard because all three call one engine.
• Tested on both sides: 116 tests pass in the app, 168 tests with 3176 assertions pass in the back end, and a 36 screenshot walk opens every screen and every sheet. The pricing engine exists twice, in Dart and in PHP, and one shared table of cases is asserted against both.

The screens people will remember

• The level board: the garage drawn as a section through the building, roof deck at the top. Each deck carries its own free count and the share already taken is hatched across the bar, so a driver picks a level instead of circling a ramp. Tapping a deck starts a reservation on it. • The tariff ladder: the price list is the booking control. The steps climb to the right with the whole price for a stay of that length written on the tread, and one tap sets the length and agrees the price together. There is no sticky quote bar, because the number is already under your thumb.
• The stay ticket: six characters and a plate in type the attendant can read at arm’s length, the same ladder with a marker climbing it, the running total, how long until the price steps up, and the time of day the daily cap is reached. Every one of those is worked out from a single timestamp.
