Important: third-party services and additional costs

This item’s purchase price covers the source code only. ServeAI integrates with several external services that are not included in the purchase price and may incur additional fees, billed directly to you by their respective providers under their own pricing and terms:

• OpenAI — pay-per-token charges if you enable the OpenAI provider for AI price estimation.
• Google Gemini — pay-per-token charges if you enable the Gemini provider for AI price estimation.
• Google Maps Platform — usage-based charges for Maps SDK, Geocoding, Places, and Directions APIs.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage and (egress-free) usage charges for image and document uploads.
• Resend — per-email charges above the free tier for transactional and broadcast email.
• Neon — serverless Postgres usage charges above the free tier.
• Stripe — standard Stripe Connect transaction and payout fees on real (non-mock) payments.
• Firebase — Cloud Messaging is free; other Firebase services may incur charges if you enable them.
• Railway (or any other host) — hosting fees for the Next.js + Socket.IO server.

You are responsible for creating, configuring, and paying for any third-party accounts you choose to use. AI features can be disabled entirely via a runtime feature flag, and payments can run in mock mode for evaluation without any Stripe account.
