They can sign in securely, review their assigned work, monitor booking progress, access customer and service-location details, and take the appropriate action at every stage of a job.

The serviceman dashboard presents essential performance information through clear KPI cards, booking analytics, completed-job progress, recent transactions, total withdrawals, and the latest withdrawal amount. This gives technicians a quick overview of their activity immediately after opening the app.

Assigned bookings are organized in a clean, filterable feed. Servicemen can review booking details, prices, schedules, service information, customer details, and booking timelines before beginning their work. Status-based workflows make it easier to move each assignment through its available stages while keeping the connected customer, provider, and administrator informed.

For location-based assignments, the integrated Google Maps workflow helps servicemen view the service destination and follow the available route. This makes it easier to travel to the customer’s location without switching between unrelated tools.

The built-in conversation system supports real-time messaging through Pusher WebSockets. Servicemen can communicate with customers and providers, follow active chat threads, view timestamps and unread indicators, and share supported image attachments when additional visual information is required.

Servicemen can also review transaction activity and manage withdrawal requests directly from the mobile app. Supported payout workflows may include configured channels such as Bank Transfer, Flutterwave, Paystack, and PayPal, depending on the payment and withdrawal methods enabled by the marketplace administrator. Before submitting a request, the serviceman can review applicable fees, platform charges, and the expected net receivable amount.

Invoice tools help field workers access booking-related billing information when required. The app supports invoice viewing, PDF receipt generation, previewing, and compatible device printing or sharing workflows, helping technicians keep service records readily available.

The application also includes onboarding, password recovery, push notifications, profile management, theme controls, password updates, support tickets, account deletion, and secure authentication-token storage.
