Two apps, one business

It is built for a single grooming salon, daycare, boarding house or small clinic: one location, self-hosted, no monthly platform fee, and no multi-vendor marketplace to configure. Both halves are in the zip and they talk over one REST API.

The zip has two folders at its root, and the documentation’s first command is written for exactly that layout.

• leashora_app/ — the customer app. Flutter, GetX, six dependencies, no vendor SDKs. Android and iOS.
• backend/ — the staff admin and the API, included. Laravel, Filament, Sanctum, spatie/permission, Pest.

The admin your staff live in

Laravel and Filament, eleven pages:

• Bookings with the whole status flow as buttons — confirm, check in, start, mark ready, complete, cancel — plus assigning a member of staff and a run or table.
• A dashboard with today’s bookings, the pets on site right now, and the vaccinations that need chasing.
• Pets, owners, services, add-ons and staff. Vaccination certificates to verify. A report card composer with photo upload. A read-only view of every coat map.
• One settings page for the business: name, address, phone, opening hours, currency symbol, slot length and how many pets a slot can hold.
• Clear demo data — one button, and one artisan command, that remove the sample records and leave real ones alone.
