The Instagram add-on turns a workspace’s Instagram Professional or Creator account into a first-class channel inside WaDesk. It is a native, in-place add-on — there is no separate product to install and no separate login: once the platform admin configures a Meta App, any workspace can connect its Instagram account and start working from the same WaDesk screens it already uses for WhatsApp.
Several Instagram Add-on for WaDesk features rely on external, third-party services — including AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), payment gateways, cloud storage (Amazon S3 or compatible), and the Instagram Graph API through Meta. These are paid or metered services billed directly by their respective providers and are NOT included in the one-time purchase price of Instagram Add-on for WaDesk. Any subscription fees, API usage, transaction fees, or storage charges are solely your responsibility.
