Homelio | Home Inventory and Warranty Tracker With Receipt Scanner, Charts and PDF Export – SwiftUI

Homelio is a complete, 100% offline home inventory app built with SwiftUI and SwiftData. Catalog every belonging with photos, receipts, serial numbers, prices and room locations, track warranty expiration dates with local notifications, and export professional PDF, CSV and JSON reports. A premium dark glassmorphism design, Swift Charts analytics, Vision-based receipt OCR scanning and CoreSpotlight search are all included. No login, no server, no API keys – everything stays on the device.

Demo Instructions

• This app is fully offline – there is no login and no demo credentials needed.
• Open the project in Xcode and press Run: the app launches directly into a 3-page onboarding.
• To preview a populated state, go to Settings > Load Realistic Sample Data. Six realistic items (MacBook Pro, LG OLED TV, Dyson vacuum, Herman Miller chair, DeWalt drill, Nespresso machine) are inserted instantly, including one expiring and one expired warranty.
• No API keys, accounts or backend configuration are required for any feature.
