Hatchling Legends | HTML5 Game

Hatchling Legends is a complete, polished HTML5 match-3 puzzle game with dragon eggs, baby dragons and a magical world map. Swap and match eggs, create power eggs, hatch little dragons and unleash Dragon Breath across 80 hand-made levels in 10 regions. It plays in any modern browser on desktop and mobile, in landscape and portrait, and is ready to publish on your website, on game portals or inside a mobile app wrapper.

The game is written in pure JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas: no frameworks, no libraries and no build step. All graphics are PNG/JPG image files and all sounds are MP3 files, so re-skinning is as easy as replacing files. The source code is clean, fully commented and easy to read, and almost every setting lives in one commented file: config.js.

Game Modes

• Campaign: 80 levels in 10 themed regions on a scrolling world map, with stars, unlock animations and region banners
• Daily Quest: a new board every day, the same for every player, with streak rewards
• Dragon Trials: an endless ladder of generated levels that get harder as you climb
