Fast Track Support for Perfex CRM lets your clients pay for priority handling of urgent support tickets directly from the Perfex CRM customer area.
The module creates a native Perfex invoice when a customer requests Fast Track support. After successful payment, the ticket is automatically marked as Fast Track, staff can see clear priority badges, and your team can handle paid priority tickets faster.
