Fieldora is a mobile-first field sales CRM — a Flutter app for reps (leads, pipeline, GPS visit check-ins, personal performance) paired with a real Laravel + Filament admin backend for managers. Your reps live on their phones, not behind desks.

Most CRMs on the market are desktop-first web apps with a mobile app bolted on as an afterthought. Fieldora flips that: the phone is the rep’s primary workspace, designed around the way field sales actually happens — capture a lead in 10 seconds, drag a deal across the pipeline, log a GPS-verified visit on the way out the door, and see today’s follow-ups the moment the app opens. Managers and admins get a full Laravel + Filament back office for team setup, full-data CRUD and reports — this is not a UI kit running on mock data, it is a complete, working full-stack application.

Requirements: To run and build the app you need the Flutter SDK (version 3.29 or newer) and Dart 3.7 or newer, together with a Flutter-ready IDE — Android Studio or Visual Studio Code with the Flutter & Dart plugins. To run the backend you need PHP 8.4 or newer with Composer, and MySQL — or the bundled Docker setup, which brings its own PHP 8.4 + MySQL and needs no local PHP install.

Platforms: The app runs on both Android and iOS from a single Flutter codebase. The backend runs on any standard LAMP-style host or in Docker.

Important note on third-party services & external costs: Fieldora’s core CRM features (leads, pipeline, contacts, activities, visits, reports) run entirely on your own data with no paid third-party dependency. Two integrations are supported but optional and not included: push notifications for activity reminders use Firebase Cloud Messaging, and the visit check-in map uses OpenStreetMap tile servers. Connecting either of these — or any other external service, such as SMS or email delivery — is optional, is the buyer’s own responsibility to configure, and will incur its own separate costs billed by that provider, not included in this item. Hosting for the Laravel backend (a server, VPS or shared host) is likewise not included and is the buyer’s own responsibility.
